The Celestial Opera Company Chorus
Founded in 1998 by opera singer and voice teacher Judith Townsend, The Celestial Opera Company provides an educational environment for students and emerging professional singers, a venue for professional singers and an opportunity for the local community to participate in the production and enjoyment of opera.

No prior vocal study or choral experience is required, just a love of music, a positive attitude, and a desire to participate. There is a small fee of $75 for participation. Those choristers who have six years of vocal study, and the experience of singing in at least three opera productions as a chorister or lead, will have their fee waived.
We ask that all new ensemble members have a short audition (for the purpose of voice placement) that we will arrange on an individual basis. Any fees charged go directly to offset our production costs.
